The demand for increasing office space inside industrial buildings such as factories, ateliers or manufacturing centers, brought us to develop a modular system that can be easily adapted to different sizes and conditions and repeated as many times as necessary for its ease and standarization of fabriation and mounting process. The first constrain was not intervening much on the existing, given the complexity of the industrial installation systems. So it has been developed as a dry construction mainly in steel and glass, able to be brought 90% prefabicated and 50% faster to ensamble on the site.

The construction may be organized in different levels, and organize the meeting room in the ground floor and the working space with four stations on the first floor as the study case. The structure and the stairs are made of steel and the closings are made of double acoustic glass panels and aluminium frames.
U-glass walls and metal-grid panels are used to filter visual connection, to improve lighting control and to protect weakest components from the heavy machinery being used inside the factory.
The whole structure is in steel frame and structural wooden beams reinforced with external laminated panels. An exempt and lighting self-supporting box-in-box structure.
